ADMISSION POLICY
At Upper Level, we welcome applications from students who demonstrate the potential to succeed academically, participate in extra curricular activities and contribute positively to our school community. Our admission criteria are designed to ensure each student is well-positioned to thrive in our supportive learning environment.
We consider students who:

Before starting the online application, we encourage all parents and guardians to carefully review our curriculum and requirements to ensure Upper Level is the right fit for your child's educational goals.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
Parent/Guardian is required to complete and submit the online application​ form. Subsequently, all supporting documents must be submitted to our administrative office.

The following are required to complete the application process:

A valid email address for parent (one that is checked frequently)

Application Form (completed & submitted online)

Completed ULEI Disciplinary Report . Click here to download and print form or collect at ULEI office

Certified report book or official transcript from previous school
-
Certified copy of S.E.A. Results (Form 1)
-
Certified copy of CSEC results (Form 5 repeater)

Original and one copy of computerized birth certificate

Original and one copy of picture identification (where available)

Parent/Guardian must present a form of identification upon registration
All original documents will be returned

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Apply Online
Parent/Guardian is required to complete and submit the online application form. Once application has been submitted parent/guardian will be required to submit the supporting documents to our office. Please submit in an envelope labelled with the applicant’s full name and contact number.

2. Review of Documents and Interview
Once documents have been received, these will be reviewed by our Admissions Team. Parent(s) or Guardian(s) and child will then be invited for an interview. You will be contacted within 2-3 days.
​
3. Acceptance
Successful applicants will receive our acceptance package which includes acceptance letter, student handbook, fee contract, book list, uniform specifications and all other relevant information needed to commence school. A minimum payment towards tuition fee is required at this stage.
