Upper Level Educational Institute Limited (ULEI) was founded by Ms. Shoba Bedasie in 1989 and is registered with the Ministry of Education. In the early years of operation our emphasis was on secondary education. Over the years ULEI has expanded its curriculum to include computer training courses and professional programmes to meet the needs of the community. Our programmes are locally, regionally and internationally recognized and are offered full-time and part-time.
